Hi, I’m Mrunal. A Counselling Psychologist and the heart behind Roots to Resilience.
I hold space for people who are ready to come home to themselves without pressure to have it all figured out.
Whether you're navigating burnout, anxiety, self-doubt, or simply the quiet weight of daily life, therapy with me is a space to slow down, make sense of what you’re feeling, and reconnect with your inner clarity.
My approach draws from Internal Family Systems (IFS), Mindfulness, Nervous System Regulation, and CBT all woven together with deep presence and care. Our work is collaborative, gentle, and rooted in the belief that healing unfolds when you feel truly seen.

Roots to Resilience is more than a name, it’s an intention. An invitation to come as you are, meet yourself with kindness, and build a life that feels true, meaningful, and alive. Whatever you're carrying, there is space for it here. And together, we’ll make sense of it, gently, honestly, and at your own pace.

How Online Therapy Works
1. Free Discovery Call (20 minutes)
Your first call helps you understand the process, discuss your concerns, explore goals, and check if we’re a good therapeutic match.
No pressure, no commitment, just clarity.
2. Sessions Designed Around You
Each session is about 50 minutes, time and space dedicated entirely to you. I know life can get overwhelming and busy, and sometimes taking out even an hour feels impossible.
That’s exactly why I offer therapy in a way that fits into your busy schedule.
Sessions are available from 7 am to 9 pm, even on weekends, so you don’t have to choose between your wellbeing and your responsibilities.

Together, we’ll grow steady roots through honest conversations, gentle curiosity, and inner work that honours your story. you’re not just surviving. but flourishing and living a life that truly feels aligned, meaningful, and yours.
